Journaling 101

“Journaling is like whispering to one’s self and listening at the same time.”

Mina Murray in Brain Stoker’s Dracula

Hello Friends!

I love the above quote. Whispering and Listening are such powerful words. When journaling, I am always whispering, as I reading, I am listening to myself. This is my way of embracing what I have written.

Social Distancing…. this word will be immortalized in the Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary. During this period of Social Distancing, you need to write in your journal.

What should you write about? Look at my following list:

a) family’s stories

b) favorite recipes for Your Cookbook

c) dreams and desires for yourself, children and others

d) poems and stories

e) feelings and thoughts
